lakefront bliss!
great location friendly staff
the hotel's location near the lake and central squares is fantastic. breakfast was good and the staff members were friendly. a short walk to the train station was also very convenient for my travel.
My room had an unpleasant smell. It seemed the room was not properly aired. this detracted from an otherwise positive experience at the hotel.

the hotel is basically at the lake waterfront and very close to the central squares with shops, cafeterias, and restaurants. the ferry station is a 5-minute walk away. this made exploring easy.

waterfront location varied selection clean room
the hotel's location was amazing being right on the waterfront. i was a short walk from everything. the room included netflix and youtube on the tv, and it was nice. the breakfast had a varied selection, and i found something i liked.
the air conditioning in my room did not work well. the room was too warm. it was difficult to sleep comfortably.

great stay near the lake!
central location helpful personnel
I was charmed by the hotel's location near the lake, it really made getting around easy. car parking just behind the hotel was also a huge plus. I didn't have to worry about finding a spot. the personnel was very kind to explain everything i needed.

This place has good sound insulation in the rooms. I did not hear much noise from outside. the hotel also offers convenient public parking directly behind the building, a great amenity. it made things MUCH easier!!!

broken air conditioning push-button coffee
The hotel's location was central, near restaurants and transport. That was certainly convenient.
The air conditioning in my room did not work at all. It was uncomfortably hot, and this made sleeping difficult. the breakfast was also underwhelming. It lacked fresh options except for some fruit. the coffee came from a push-button machine, not what i'd expect from an italian breakfast.

The staff prepared an early breakfast for my departure at 5 am. It was generous. The hotel was clean and the room well equipped. I had a room with a lake view.
The coffee machine was a press button machine, not ideal.

broken air conditioning considerable noise
The location was quite good a short walk from the train station.
The air conditioning did not work in my room so it was uncomfortably hot. There was also considerable noise coming from the car park so opening the window was not viable. This made sleeping difficult.

great location short walk breakfast selection clean room
This hotel boasts a fantastic location near the lake and city center. the ferry station is a short walk away. I appreciate this proximity. the breakfast had a good selection, and the staff were helpful. the room, a standard double or twin room, was clean and well-kept throughout my stay.
the view from the room overlooked the rear parking lot, not ideal. it was still acceptable for a short stay, though.
